I am a stay at home mom of 3 sweet children, one girl and two boys. I really love making things, and being creative, so in 2007, I started making jewelry for my 7 year old daughter. This led to making Christmas and birthday gifts for family and friends, and then I just kept on doing it. I enjoy it so much!
In 2006, my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 5. It was a shock to our family. Now we live each day counting the blessings that God gives us, and we look forward to watching her grow into a healthy young woman. If you have a JDRF Walk for Diabetes in your town, I would encourage you to donate, whether it be with your time, or with your finances. They are closer all the time to being able to find a cure. This site is my way of contributing to our family's medical and prescription bills, but more importantly, it is a way for me to relax, be creative, and especially be thankful.
